College Filmmakers: Call for Entries for Social Justice Short Film Contest

Voices from the Margins is the largest social justice film fest for college students in the country. We welcome short films on a wide breadth of topics: from poverty and inequality, to migrants and refugees, race, gender, environment/ecology, human rights, and beyond.

Entries are judged by a prestigious panel including the Emmy-winning HBO director Alexandra Pelosi, and Ian Brennan, creator of the FOX hit series, Glee.

There’s no fee to enter and prizes include amazing camera gear from Blackmagic Design and a trip to Washington, D.C., to screen winners before an audience of 1,700 at the largest college social justice conference in the country.
