Fordham University Engineers Without Borders is a chapter of the national non-profit organization Engineers Without Borders USA.
Our student chapter provides student membership in EWB-USA at no cost. The hands-on local and international volunteering opportunities are both personally and professionally rewarding.
We have two areas of service: local service of STEM enrichment to grade 3-12 students at CitySquash, an after school program in the Bronx, and our international project to build four fish farms for 100 families in Serere District Uganda.
For CMS students, this is a great organization to join as it provides experience:
Creating web content
Running social media campaigns
Designing graphics and flyers
Promoting an internationally recognized nonprofit chapter
Connecting with professionals and companies
